Subject: Trimble

I am in the process of equipping @ least 2 tractors w/ Auto Steering. I am looking @ Trimble, but my dealer is not that strong for support. Does anyone have experience w/ Trimble's direct customer service? Do they offer it? Do they charge? If so, how?
