Redwood Falls, MN | I have use the JD Auto Trac for 2 years now on a JD8310T. After the first year, I was ready to purchase an RTK until I researched the price and the problem of having to move it. My fields are not all within the recommended 6 miles of my home farm. I decided to give it one more year and was pleasantly surprised. The improvements by JD of the SF2 signal or software handling it were fantastic. I was quite pleased and will continue with SF2.
BTW I farm corn and soybeans on Ridges (Ridge Till). This makes accuracy for cultivating and the next years planting quite important.
