As Gerald stated, the treatments (Cruiser and Apron) will be more benficial in early planting. With your location, I would say that you are now past the early planting window.
For the innoculant, I would suggest that you do a trial this year to find out if it is worthwhile for your location and management. I have one packet of R09 experimental innoculant available for someone willing to use it in a test plot and report their results. If you are willing, I can ship it to you free of charge.
