Subject: Finish Tilling after a Chisel plow.

We farm in Western Pa we have contour strips in some places and buffer strips in others, we Chisel plow every acre we plant to help with weeds, and soil compaction due to the various types of soil we have some are clay some are better. My question is what can I use as a finish tool to prep the chisel plowed land for planting that won't move soil down the contour strips so much? Currently we use a Landoll 850 Finisholl but it moves soil and isn't heavy enough in my opinion.

Is a newer heavier Land finisher better? Vertical tillage Tools?

Also we are chisel plowing Sod (burnt down in the fall), Corn stalks, Soybean, and Oats Stubble.

Any help is appreciated thanks in advance.
