coast of Maine | I tend not to have any belief in numbers published by the government.Most are statistics that are "created " for a benefit to the ruling party.Living in a relatively poor state it is easy to see the crimp in many peoples lives.Drove by many a shack yesterday on my way inland for load of supplies.Then I drove to the big city to pick up a crew at the airport.I passed by at least a dozen auto sales/dealers.Not one customer visible,not one vacant slot in the packed sales yard.Passed by 30 restaurants or so,,very weak attendance as well.This is always how I have judged the economy ,,by self observation of slowing of others business.IMO they will drop rates to stimulate for the current admin to have any hope of a win.Of course up here we are already on life support when other states catch a cold | |
