My son was driving a tractor at 10, he can do about anything I can now, some things I can't. He learned, now he knows. I guess you would that the 12-14 year old be playing videa games, or out trashing around on the streets somewhere instead of gaining life skills that no-one can take away?
At 16 my son was teaching other older guys how to haul dirt and put a finish on a field, I'm sure glad he wasn't on the streets with his britches hanging off his hips. Work never hurt anyone! | |
