I must admit to hearsay on this one. I've only dealt with AL. Was told by another that his dealer was too busy to help at some point and gave the customer the help #, when he called he was chewed out for using the #. I suppose it could have been a dealer only #. From reading some of the posts below, maybe their tech support # is hard to come by.
