Mather, Manitoba | Buddy parks his rig at our local truck shop for weekend. Currently hauling a Cat 797 engine to Alberta. Here are some pics for the guys that never seen one. V10. Powerplant used to be two V12s hooked together at the crankshaft. Used up the entire length of a step deck. The wood transport crate is bolted together and looks to be reuseable. Guy that's holding the output yoke is 6'5" in height. Chipman , Alberta | Gee small world, I think I just saw the same engine roll by my place. They turn north at Lamont to go straight up to Boyle then to Ft Mac. I remember seeing the 4 turbos roll by on a flat deck.

Mather, Manitoba | We think this unit is a rebuild going back to Alberta.

Soutwest Ks. | There was a poster real recently talking about getting a bum rap on a Cat 3208 that he had shipped in. Do you think this 797 would fit where that 3208 was sitting?

Northern CA | That would be me, and after a few careful measurements, I don't believe it will fit in my spreader.

Is that trailer weak or is the motor heavy enough that the deck is flat when loaded

I say four high pressure superchargers and combined with four two-stage turbos. How about this one! they also make a 120 liter v20 with 5000+ hp!! http://cumminsengines.com/showcase-item.aspx?id=190&title=QSK95+... Edited by bigfarm 5/12/2013 21:44
