Southwest MN
I just put up a 38x75 this last fall was able to pickup the pipe truss from a building that was no longer used for $0. Building has 4' walls and a 6'x34' curtain on north side and 14x16' door on south. Steel end walls no concrete. The cost not counting labor was 4.23 per square foot. Did all labor myself with help from family when I could beg, borrow, and plead anyone into it. Was able to finish the building for $5 a sq. ft. with power and water and automatic waters. Gating was what I had around for gates. Once again no labor in that number.

Definitely the last hoop I will do I would much rather have a pole structure with curtains. Similar to a turkey barn for what I am using it for. My 2 cents Garvo's buildings seem to be a lot better for the money if you are building a cattle barn. But to each is own.

Garvo any idea what you have into one of yours $per sq ft.

Natural Light Fabric Structures DP Series buildings are designed to meet the owners local wind, snow and unbalanced snowloads required by the IBC code.
Example: if you lived in southern MN it would be designed to meet the 50 lbs ground snow and 90 MPH 3-sec gust. The snow loads vary greatly depending on where you are located. Natural Light website says contact Natural Light Fabric Structures directly http://www.nlfabric.com/ and they would be able to provide price for your specific location.
