| Have had 2 out of 12 rows on monitor not working, or working intermittently, the past couple years. Sent the monitor in and had it factory serviced. Still same problem. Tech support said should have 8 volts on the red wires and 12 volts on the green (black is ground). I am only getting 7 volts in the green wire on all rows. I am thinking it is probably a continuity problem but could it be low voltage and if so anybody know where I should look first? | |
