Subject: Cab windows fogging

Been using my new to me Massey 5455 tractor. First tractor I have owned with a cab. Really nice and comfortable but am having trouble with windows fogging on cold mornings. Is it best to recirculate the air or allow fresh air? I have tried different heat settings but not having much success. What do you guys do?
