I asked this question a few days ago, but must have not worded it correctly. Are there any 3 pt. mounted toolbars that the wings flex up AND down while in working position? Have to flex enough to maintain correct height when going over terraces. I know guage wheels will be involved. Has to be heavy enough to sidedress with.
