Is there such a thing as soft spring wheat? We are have a terrible fall, it a rained or snowed here 4/5 days since Sept. 10. Since we only got 1/6 of our wheat planted this fall and water now standing in it I'm researching if there is a spring option since wheat prices are so nice.
