Moingona Iowa | Do the exercises as told, don't exceed the exercises to much.
I had knee replacement 2 yrs ago, going in again next week for second.
While in hospital they put me into a machine, forgot name of it, that you could
set the degree and it would bend the knee., I would increase the degree to comfort,
I did it while laying in bed. I swear by it. Ice and elevation and exercise..
I did exercises before surgery.
At day 13 I was in 8 inches of mud in cattle lot, been perfect sense. | |
