North West IA/western AZ | Barb's got an aunt in Tucson who is 99 years old. We didn't go see her last year and were feeling bad about that so we made the 5 hour trip(1 way) and spent 3 hours with this wonderful lady. She is sharp as a tack mentally and only slightly diminished physically (balance is not the best). She drives (locally) to church and to the pool a few times a week. She told us new stories about Barb's uncle, who has been gone for 48 years, and made tea. She admits to not being able to have people in for meals anymore or put up house guests but we knew that. On the way home I smacked myself for not having taken a picture of her and Barb. I did take a photo of a painting of here at a much younger age, she was and still is a beautiful lady.
