Monroe City, MO | We have been very fortunate right "here" this year but go five miles any direction not so much. This morning about 6:00 a nice rain passed to the north of us and I thought we wouldn't see anything today. Wrong. We're getting a very general rain that has already given us three quarters of an inch and radar looks like it will rain for another two hours at least.
