Mn. | I knew she was good for a long time, the old sweetie.... first service call in 50 Years, serviceman looked at it, wow! this one of the originals, checked her out, motor capacitor and a 1 1/2 pounds of Freon. The old girl is sweet as can be, just doing her thing, what can I say?? if history repeats it's self, I'll be 127 for the next service call..... LOL. Carrier air conditioner, has been a good one, I do see company ads proclaiming average life is 12 years on units, hang on Cary, I'm coming with a huge hug.... Interesting to note, never had Freon installed, serviceman has a small plastic case that opens flat, has an electronic scale , set Freon container on it, weighs out Freon.... ya, I'm impressed but after all it is 50 years...
