Midwest | If you go back and look at the history of both contracts it appears that both are in a "neutral price" area. Both contracts have tended to sit there for several weeks before breaking out to the upside or downside. Just looking at the sunny hot weather in the Cornhusker state I would say corn will break out to the upside. Cattle's wall of fats doesn't seem to be materializing so I would say that market will also move to the strength side. JMHO | |
