East Central, IA | Anybody have any ideas for mounting a fire extinguisher in a 4-door pickup? I have to have one (and triangles) per DOT. Per regs, it must be mounted but easily accessible. I have been packing it under the seat, but it rattles around under there and I'm afraid that will damage it. There's not enough room to tap it down to the floor between the seat and the door like in the semi. No access to the rear wall with the rear seat there. I would like to carry it in the tray under the rear seat, but kids carseats prevent me from lifting the seat to access it. This is a 2017 Ram 3500. | |
