Manchester, OK | I have been told the 2600 is approaching a day where they will no longer allow a 2600 activation go to a 2630. So basically the activation that can currently be transferred forward to new models basically becomes worthless except on the older model. Is that accurate?
AMS guy said the activation would be safer on an 1800 since they don't have an entry level replacement for that model yet. I have an extra 1800 and 2600 and need to sell one or the other but wish to keep my activation around for one or the other....if that makes since.
