A high school student apparently ran a stop sign with his pickup and entered the path of a semi pulling an empty grain hopper. The young man's passenger and the driver of the semi were both killed outright and the pickup driver is in critical condition. The circumstances and history of the people involved make it a very difficult situation for those who knew them. A very sad day for many people.
