Subject: Strange nursery barn issue with newly weans

Been battling something I have never seen before, having high health weaners coming in we rarely seen many issues too the point where we never use feed or water treatments, just a water acid program and targeted treatment program.

The last couple weeks we have been seeing a strange thing roll through, we wean really nice 15 pound plus pigs, they eat the first 2 days excellent and then sit idle for about 5-6 days before starting back up again.

They do pile a bit on the floor heat mats in the pen and scour alot but we do not have increased mortality, every pig eats enough to hold their weight but not gain, just the pigs look like crap and are a little spiny for a bit but after they get through it they pick right back up again after a peroid of low feed intake, I cant really figure it out just wondering what diseases I should start thinking about, vet thinks flu but I am not sure.

Thanks
