SW MN | I admit, I am not up to speed on email efficiency. I am trying to get away from Windows Live. That's one issue. The other issue is I want to archive emails, such as local cash bids etc., and I do this by creating another storage folder underneath my inbox folder and moving them over so they do not show up in my inbox. But they still reside in my email program when I want to download emails on another device, such as my phone, I get All the emails downloading and it is getting to be a big pile. I have the email set to only save the emails for like 10 days.
How do I transfer emails off of my email program and store them in a folder that just resides on my computer? I want to streamline my email storage and keep it manageable.
