| I bought these chains and brackets just curious best way to mount to planter. Will get repair links to attach chains to brackets. Should I take the nut off of the carriage bolt that the bracket is sitting on in the picture, put bracket on and then nut to hold it? There are 2 sets of carriage bolts as seen. Do I attach to the top or bottom one? TIA.
