North Carolina | Has anyone had trouble backing up their APEX files to MyJohnDeere? We have done this several times since the MyJD website went live and most recently this past July, but we've been unable to backup any harvest data collected this Fall. Very frustrated. We've tried faster Internet connection speeds (complete backup to an external hard drive and carried home) and that didn't work, logging off and then back on, etc. The error message we've received implies there is a issue with the server on JD's end. Any help would be much appreciated. | |
