Subject: Rolling ladder for working on machinery in the shop?

Iowa
I need to get or build something to work off of when repairs are needed up high on machinery. I'm not as good as I once was and feel I'm pushing my luck balancing on top of shaky step ladders or standing on tires.

I found warehouse ladders online. They are a little pricey and I'm not sure I couldn't build something a little better suited for this. I would really like something that is a cantilever style (overhang) that would have a platform to reach over duals/ feederhouse/ or whatever.

An electric scissor/man lift would be neat but I'd like to have something I can roll outside out of the way when not needed. Our shop is about to burst now.

So does anyone have something they built/bought that they really like? Thanks
