| Looked at a small farm for sale a while ago, but it had an old chicken barn on it that stopped being used a couple years ago. about 50' x 250' with concrete floor and small footing.
Also the land is within town limits, so I don't yet know the rules regarding demolishing a building like this, or if it even matters. Land is still zoned agricultural.
I would try selling or giving away the tin first off.
My question is: specifically, how do you go about demolishing this building?
Can some stuff (ie wood or concrete) be buried on site?
What kind of costs would you expect if you hired someone? | |
