KY | So here is a sample out of the bin I was talking about last night. Fan has been on for about half an hour, smells like corn should smell at the top hatch. This sample came from a handful of probings with a 5 foot probe around the top. Looks good, bites good, hard to give it a "bite moisture" because I'm only deadly accurate in warm corn fresh out of the field haha. This is fairly cool. I may be screwing up running the fan right now as it's 60 and drizzling lightly. I just kinda averaged my responses and went with "air" on the side of caution. Forgive my poor humor this afternoon, it's been somewhat of a rotten day for us aside from worrying about corn. Letting samples and tester acclimate to temp before sampling.
