Had some homegrown tenderloin steaks last night, Seared and baked @425. Kinda tough, wife couldn't eat her's. Had extras cooked plus wife's to heat n eat like for lunch. Can they be salvaged this side of a grinder? I'm no cook so this may be an easy answer for somebody that knows what their doing.
