Texas/New Mexico Stateline | So the school was going to have a half day today because of report cards and teacher conferences. I don't think much of these half-day school days anyway because they usually don't do any real work, and watch movies a lot of times.
Well this morning it was really snowing heavy about time we should have been getting ready for school, but all the news was school was still in session, no late start or anything.
I decided it was not worth the risk of the travel into town, just for a couple hours of playing around and then have the travel coming home at 12:30.
So we skipped school today!
I guarantee wife made sure they did school work at home, and probably got in a lot more learning than they would have at school.
