Will the counties be getting taxes from the pipeline? If so how is it valued and does the value stay the same forever.Where it is running diagonal there could be 50 miles worth in a county,if it costs 3 million /mile to put in will they pay the same taxes as someone that puts up a 150 million dollar factory?
