Extn-1011 offered to rid me of it and keep the Russian behind it from my computer. The worst of it was that I was given the number to call by a Frontier tech. It was supposed to be a Yahoo! tech who could help me with an email problem. Did I mention Frank wanted only $199.99 per year for his work and that his accent was more Indian or Pakistani.
