ottertail co mn | I have a second year seeding alfalfa that is coming great. After first cutting this year we got dry and the foxtail moved in. I just cut second cutting and have not baled it yet. The foxtail is what I consider thick. Would you spray to thin out the foxtail and what would you use and rate? I have applied lime and fertilized and the stand is one of my best ever.
