BC, Canada | Neighbours baler broke down this afternoon. The hex shaft that drives the stuffer fork and knotter sheared. It sheared right in front of where the sprocket is that drives the stuffer chain. Not sure of the chain of events but also the plunger hit the stuffer fork bending the front pronge to the rear pronge. I also found the guide block on the plunger missing 2 bolts so the plunger has about 1/2-3/4" side to side movement on the end the arm connects to it.
Does anyone have the timing procedure for the knotter and stuffer fork?
