Put a new hydro 9304hm5c on 4710 and adjusted set screw out to get spray off pressure correct to 60 psi like it was running prior. Now when spraying can not spray over 6.5 mph to get desired rate and it won't spray over 26psi no matter my speed. Was that screw supposed to stay screwed in for closed hydraulics? What could have changed? TIA
