Subject: Corn growing limbs

Northeastern Pa.
That's right I have some Seedway corn planted no-till and is growing side shoots. At first I thought it was separate stalks like seed got drug in the furrow and was a clump of corn. This field has a lot of corn doing this. I have never seen anything like it. Has anyone else ? Maybe it's trying to reach for water which it hasn't gotten in a long time. If I can get someone to help me post a picture of it I will.
