Western Iowa | Having pink eye issues in one group of cows. Gave the pink eye vac this spring. Working in one bunch, not so much in the other.
Going to work a few tonight when it cools off.
Thinking will use some Permethrin-10 in a one gallon spot sprayer to give the cows a little relief and will be easy to due while penned up.
Also bought one of those long white 'socks' to put dope on the cows that they walk under it with the flaps. Luckily I have a gate hole that they have to walk thru to get water.
How much should I dilute the dope for the sprayer? Tag on jug recommends 100-1 but boy does that seem thin
How much should I dilute for the sock? No clue there.....
Use diesel or water?
