How do you buy your hay by the RFV point, by the ton, or so much per bale?
When do you discount above or below for what you think hay is worth?
I'm only buying quality dairy hay
(certified Organic) I've seen a lot advertised for $1 a point RFV. I like to buy it by the ton then when all come out together I have a scale to use less than 2 minutes from the farm.
