| 9670 cab over. Broke the shock mount at the top of the leaf spring stack.
Seems like i have two choices as i have to torch off the center bolt to install new shock mount.
Do i jack the leaf spring up and off the axle in order to get bottom clearance to install new center bolt? Seems easiest but dont know how to tighten center bolt when the spring is set back down on the axle...nothing to hold the round bottom of the center bolt when its set back down on the axle to fully press spring together OR
Do i remove the entire spring stack and install the center bolt and use clamps to hold spring tightly together.
