Subject: Getting Bluetooth headphones to work on laptop

SE Nebraska
My laptop didn't come with Bluetooth so I have a USB dongle that I bought @ Wally World plugged in. I tried a cheap set of Bluetooth headphones from WW and couldn't get them to pair. Vista would see them, but it wanted a driver CD which I didn't have. Took them back and got a better set from Office Max. Same problem.

I believe this is the dongle, but the printing on the sticker is microscopic so I could be wrong.

The current set of headphones is

After trying 2 sets of headphones, I believe my problem is with the dongle (it will connect to my phone, so it does work), but what is the problem? I have tried updating drivers with no luck.
