Penn Yan, NY | We have a super C that we use to cultivate the test plot every year. It has been repainted but I wouldn't call it restored. It was switched over to 12v when we repainted it but the starter and contact button on top of the starter are still 6 volt. I know that we should not be having trouble with feeding 12v into a 6v starter but the button seems to fail about once a year. What I would like to do is switch to a starter and solenoid triggered by a push button but have not even able to find a starter like that for a super C.
Any advice?
