| Things I wonder about:
The sales people selling c/w/b are likely well trained, ambitious and competent
They have, for the most part, excellent quality product
they have, the best in the world, infrastructure to handle, move , load, and ship product
the companies they work for make more money if they move more product
there is no shortage of product
the product is required by others
they likely don't need to worry about price
Is the only limitation farmer hold back, increasing purchase price, giving them uncompetitive pricing
