Peace River, AB, Canada | Have a couple of Cancrete waterers of 2 years old and one heater quit and froze out bottom of that one.
Sent the Warranty specialist in the US an email with pictures and serialnr.
Apparently they have 3 year full warranty and 10 warranty on every thing but the concrete hull ???
The Cancrete Warranty guy offered me a new hull for their cost 420$ Can. Picked up by me on about 200 miles away from where I live, store where I bought it is 8 miles away and they dont deal with warranty.
Sent him an email back about his offer in a polite way! That I'm not really satisfied with his offer and quoted the website on their Warranty.
Haven't heard from him on this email for over a week now.
what would you suggest to do? Buy a Petersen or Ritchie instead and let them be.
Or rattle his chain till we're over 3 years from buying the waterer and he might pull back totally and spent 1500$Can. On a new Cancrete.
Maybe he will read this and get on the case and I can end this with posting, it got settled!!!! ????
