Subject: newborn calf help

Western Illinois
We had this calf yesterday around 5pm. Out of a hoc broker heifer that was bred to w/c lock down. I pulled the calf after the front feet were out for an hour. It WA s a very easy pull. Around 2 hours later I checked on them again and it was up nursing but seems to be very hunched up and it's back legs seem to be rotating weird at its hips. Also it's left leg seems to be worse than the right. The left leg pops real lightly when it's moving. It has a good attitude and was bucking and running slowly across the pen. Anyone have any suggestions what may be wrong. Front legs seem to be fine.
