Subject: Case IH 1245 clutches and pro 700

Paxton, IL
Looking at potentially trading our 2004 model 1200 planter for a 2014 model 1245 16/31 planter. The 1245 has the cable drives with electric clutches and pro 700 monitor.

Does the clutch setup on the 1245 cable drive planter automatically give you separate clutch control for every row? Or are the clutches grouped together in larger sections with the option of adding equipment to get single row control?

Also, Is the pro 700 plug and play with the harness for a pro 600, or will I need an adapter?

Lastly, I'm currently sending GPS from an external source into the RS-232 port on the bottom of my pro 600. Does the Pro 700 have the same port or similar method of importing GPS?
