Subject: P and k availability from manure without incorporating

Illinois
The last couple of mornings I have been hauling manure while it's frozen. The field is fairly flat and has standing stalks right now. I know The nitrogen will be gone by spring but will I lose any P and K? I have been doing some testing and trying to use my manure credits to avoid over application. We apply DAP and potash each fall without incorporating and never seem to loose any but I was wondering if it's the same for manure.
Thanks
