Subject: Looking for a skid steer.

Kingston, Ohio
Have a 743 bobcat now. Looking to upgrade. Move 4x5 and 5x5 round bales. Also do a decent amount of manure scooping and dirt moving with jt. Will probably do a little more dirt moving than in the past. I would also like one that can lift a pallet of seed corn. Or at least most of a pallet. Are rubber tracks worth the money? One of my largest complaints about my bobcat has been loading it on the trailer. It seems I cannot pull it on. Even with the bucket on. It always wants to tip back. Big frustration at times. Another thing I need is the ability to lift 40' trusses 18' with the use of a jib pole. My brother builds barns and we would like to use it for his job site to lift trusses and drill holes. Running a hydro axe on the front would be handy also. Thanks for the input fellas. I really don't know where to start. Obviously cheaper is ok. But I would like to stay at or under 20k
