What, if any, pitfalls are there to dealing with a grain elevator that has filed bankruptcy? I can see that if you sold grain to them and got a good check that there could be claw back of those funds in the future. What about buying from them? Are there any potential hazards that could pop up in that scenario? Thanks for any advice.
