Subject: Grain bank commodities

West Michigan
The local Co-op has a new rule that when you bring the corn or other commodities in they grade it like normal. But when you go to take it out they will not test the corn leaving the grain bank. So I bring # 1 corn in and get #2 corn out and don't get the discounts back when I take it out. I this legal? Kinda feel like getting the shaft. I question them and said so if I have low vom wheat and I ship to the mill and it tests high vom and they reject it what happens. The response was your fault, your wheat
