Subject: Volunteer Corn

N. Indiana
I have a field of beans with what I would call a significant amount of volunteer corn in it. It is scattered pretty evenly through a 15 acre field. On closer inspection many of these plants have small ears on them with really small immature kernals. It looks like really small sween corn. My question is what kind of issues am I gonna have running these through the combine. I don't like the idea of grinding these up or possibly plugging up the cylinder since they are obviously very high moisture. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
